How to Order
1. Review the weekly rotating menu
2. Text your order to the kitchen staff to the phone number at the bottom of the menu.
3. Receive a confirmation of your order from the kitchen.
4. Have your meals delivered at home, work or the gym!
How it works
Meal preps are prepared on Mondays, for a Tuesday delivery. Our menu rotates weekly. New menus drop on Wednesday @ noon. Meals are produced only once per week.
Limited to 30 customers per week.
Only confirmed orders will be made.

About Our Food
Our meals are produced refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, legume free, corn free, & preservative free. Locally sourced ingredients partnered with farms to provide pasture raised meats & organic produce when available. Each meal is crafted with your health in mind using only Olive Oils.
